I was pretty confused at first. But I understand the meaning now that love is 4 walls.
From what I see:
They are like stuck on a loop because they are in love. Running around in circles, dropping things, slipping up, and feeling completely under the water. Like these are the feelings when you're in love most of the time. You feel overwhelmed and you get lost in love. Then you get hurt or just something goes amiss. And they are portraying that with the imagery. The four walls of love that come up.
