Japanese problem

Hello,



Several days ago I started a campaign with the Japanese Empire, future Japanese Empire to be exact.

While I was engaged in the task of unifying Japan, it occurred to me to make the jump to Korea and the campaign went well to the point that they surrendered (100%), but among my demands as a winner, there was no territorial satisfaction for victory . Did I do something wrong in the declaration of war?
